A perfect base for exploring Saltillo.

The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, and I enjoyed having a small terrace. The hotel grounds were beautifully laid out and the cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Service was horrible, changed the price upon arrival after several attempts to pay in advance. Great place just disappointed in the service.

It was showing signs of wear. The curtains were off the track in places. As I stepped in the shower in the morning, there was a click and no water.

The A/C wasn't working properly and on the day of our checking we had to ask for a change of sheets

Great Rooms and Comfortable Beds

I stayed at this hotel during Christmas. I really enjoyed the comfortable beds and big rooms. The hotel was located in a great spot, which made it easy to get around town. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even better.

My stay at this hotel was not all great. I was disappointed to find out that the bathrooms were not clean at all.

The hotel grounds were stunning, with a beautiful layout that felt like being in a natural oasis. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I loved having a small terrace, which allowed me to enjoy the fresh air and connect with nature. The dining room was a delightful spot, and the breakfast served there was absolutely delicious.

I felt completely safe during my stay, and there was nothing to complain about.

Upon arrival, we were pleased to find the hotel had a convenient location. the room itself was luxurious and had all the exclusive amenities we could want. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight - with barbeque grills available, it was easy to spend the afternoon lounging by the pool. the bar and lounge area were also great for meeting up with friends for drinks.

The restaurant - the menu was limited and the prices were quite high. Despite that, the food was still good.

The hotel provided complimentary breakfast and a shuttle service to the city center, which was very convenient. The hotel's location offered beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The room was clean and well-kept.

The gym was poorly equipped, with some machines in bad condition and no water or towels provided. The housekeeping staff seemed inconsistent with the number and size of towels provided each day.

We loved the beautiful layout of the hotel and grounds as well as the spacious and nicely decorated room with a lovely small terrace. The breakfast at the dining room was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We also appreciated the hotel's location in the midst of local restaurants and the easy transportation options available.
